Question: What can i do about my insomnia!?
Answers:
human body is naturally 25-hour cycle
so unless you "reset" yourself every day, you will go off our society's 24-hour clock

people who have a job naturally reset themselves everyday
by waking up at the same time every day
and that's what makes them able to sleep at night

so wake up at regular time
tire yourself out with sports or activities
keep the entire day engaged--very important
reserve the bed area only for the bed time; this part is strictly psychological

day time strictly for day life
bed time strictly for rest and recovery
train your body this way

start with yourself
do not start with external aids like pills

when you allow your body to depend on chemical substance,
you will throw it out of its natural balance

i get insomnia during the spring because of allergies giving me headaches and i cant sleep!.
over being anxious about something important im doing the next day!.
being on the computer
worrying about exams
being too hot at night
being too cold
being horny >;)

I know this is going to sound dumb, but lettuce is an old folk remedy to get you to sleep!. dont ask me how it works!. also, benadryl allergy medicine!. pop one tablet and you'll be in sleepy time land in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hypnotherapy, self hypnosis and guided imagery can be effective in not only falling asleep and staying asleep; they can also help to develop good sleeping habits over time!.
