well, there could be lots of underlying reasons, such as depression or other mental diseases, experienced of trauma (you might not even think an event was all that traumatic, but things can have really strong effects)!.

you should go to your doctor, or better yet, a psychologist/psychiatrist!.!.!.i used to have really bad nightmares and ended up not sleeping a week cause of them, n i was perscribed a very low dose of a antidepressant, which helped HEAPS!. or at the very least, the doctor could perscribe you sleeping tablets that will at least get you enough sleep to be able to figure out whats going on

all the best, hope things get better very very soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just mind many unconditional state of mind!.!.!. you!.!.!. give up those unhealthy!.!.!. thoughts!.!.!. bow down to harmony!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be suffering from anxiety!. It's common!. I am currently suffering from mild anxiety, partly caused by grieving!. There may be many reasons as to why you are suffering from anxiety, could be stress, deppression, or maybe from a traumatic event!. Either way, you should seek help!. A doctor may put you on fluoxetine, which will help with your anxiety!. It is an anti-depressant that is proven to help with a condition like anxiety!. Don't feel ashamed for taking medication, feel proud for helping yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aww, well i think you should maybe go and speak to your doctor then maybe he could give you some sleeping pills or something that might stop all this!.!.
Hope it all gets sortedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Advice tip: Dont try to fight sleep when you "Pass out cold"!.!.!.!.!. that might be why you shake in your sleep, but heres a question for you!.!.!.!.!. Have your nightmares been the same!? Your nightmares could be from past problems or present problems that have really effected you!. The crying i am not sure about, i believe that even though you are not trying to you can still cry, even if you are perfectly happy you can almost immediately start to cry!. The last reason why this might be is that you are sick, your brain might have a slight malfunction of some sort, so either see a doctor, a therapist, or just try to see if it goes away on its own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dreams are our mind's way of working things out at the subconscious level!. If you are having nightmares, my guess is that you are troubled very deeply by something!. You can try to figure that out on your own or with a therapist!.!.!.then they will very likely go away!. Many people keep pen and paper by the bed (or a voice recorder) to get their thoughts out right after they wake up!. Record your ideas as soon as possible, with as much detail as you can remember!. Then either talk about these things with your therapist or try to figure out what they mean on your own!.

An important thing to remember about dream interpretation is that many things in dreams aren't the literal problem, they are a symbol of the problem!. For instance if you dream about clocks, you may be having concerns about your life slipping away from you, or another TIME related issue!. If you dream about sex, the people in the dream are not usually the subject of your fantasies, it usually means you want some sort of closeness (or means that you are too close) with another person!.!.!.could be anyone if you are lonely, or if the person in your life is faceless or unrecognizable!. If you dream about falling you are usually feeling out of control!.!.!.a dream about being restrained or trapped may have something to do with addiction or having fewer choices than you would like!. Dreams about death, graves, funerals, etc often represent the end of something in your life!. See how these are all symbolic!? Try to broaden your dream matter to this level and see what your dreams represent in waking life!. Then you can tackle the issues that are causing them!.

One thing you should know is that going without sleep is a surefire way to make the dreams worse when you do sleep!. Whatever problems we have, no matter what kind of problems they are, they are made worse by not sleeping!. Sleep deprivation itself is a stressor on the mind and body, plus it causes us to be less than our best to the point that we aren't able to deal with the root of the waking problems that give us bad dreams!.

I think there are also meds you can take to help you sleep more peacefully!. This would be a short term solution!.

If you are using any drugs or alcohol or if you have been eating or drinking anything to excess, try cutting back on it!.!.!.if the dreams go away you could be dealing with allergies or hallucinations and the long term solution is to stay away from that thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
