Question: Is there anyway, we can prevent dreams in our sleep !?
For me there is not a single night sleep that passes without dreams!.
Usually, I tend to forget what I dreamt about after waking up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it's possible not to dream, since it is inherent in our sleep cycle!. Throughout the night, our brains go through several cycles of sleep stages, with REM (dreaming) sleep being the last!.!.!.that's when the most memorable of dreams occur!. Sometimes we are able to remeber what we dream, sometimes we forget!. You can keep a dream journal and record what happened as soon as you wake up!. That way when you go back to think about it later in the day you can remind yourself about what you dreamed!.

dreams are a natural part of sleep,if you don't dream that means you are not fully rested, i too mostly forget what i dreamt about unless it's really goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

They say we dream every night, just some don't remember!. I guess it's a good thing if you remember!.!.!.!.!.means you have a better memory!. I heard cigarette smoking makes people remember their dreams!.!.!.better short term memory!.!.!.!.ya your suppose to have better short term memory if you remember your dreams!.!.!.that's a good thing!. If you smoke try to give up smoking!. They say smoking gives you better short term memory, I guess the nicotine!? its not healthy not to dream,you have to get at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep deep enoughto allow dreaming to occur!.if you dont its not healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its normal to dream every night, theres a thing called lucid dreaming where you can train yourself to change your dreams and make them how you want them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't dream your head will exploit because we all have dreams!.I can't really answer your question because i don't know it!.The only one that does is God!.Not every one knows the answer but we try are best to do!.Any ways back to your question!.Dreams are just normal!.Is like if I ask you "were did all this languages came from!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com
