Express it!. This is the best way!. But hey I'm not telling you to hurt someone or do something stupid!. All you have to do, express your anger gently!.

=>Ya sure it is!.

First all you have to figure out what the reason for your anger!. Then express it gently!.
Don't express your anger in living creature!. Don't sought!. ( It's uncivilized)!. Just go to you room!. Shut down all doors and windows!. Then think of your anger, take a pillow and punch it gently!. (Please don't fry your pillow otherwise everyone feel suspicious!.) Please don't let any one to see what your doing!. They'll think your Mad if they See's you!.

Warning: Sometimes it may have a bad impression!.

On the other hand you can take anger management or some therapy!. Well if you have money waste it in vain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
