If she has a mental illness like schizophrenia, bi-polar!.!.!. then you can call the police and they will escort her to the hospital for an evaluation!. This may sound a little harsh, but if she really has a problem, and won't get help, it'll be worth it!. She'll probably thank you afterwards!. But yeah, the police do assist in situations like this!.
