the greatest benefit is knowing that you have true to yourself & to your partner!. there is an old saying that goes something like, "what he doesn't know won't hurt him!." that is simply not true!. you have promised to devote all your emotional committment & energy to your partner & if you are unfaithful you aren't doing that!. your partner will not be getting what you promised to give (yourself)!. if you are being tempted to "stray", consider your motivations for doing so!. if you are bored in your relationship, you need to talk about it!. if the luster has passed, remember that happens with every relationship when the newness wears off!. if you hang in there, however, the lost luster gets replaced with something far better: a deep & abiding love & respect for one another that can stand the hard times you two might face one day!. you'll have a true friend & that is a very special thing!. good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the benefits of staying faithful are a familiarity with your sex partner that does not come with another!. the intense intimacy that grows between you is not like any other!. you do not have to deal with the worries of STDs!. i think that sex is definately more in depth with the same partner!. you learn what each other likes and it is just known!. you dont have to tell them what you like!. i do understand your question as i can see that repetition gets old, but with a partner that you are use to one tends to experiment more as one is generally more comfortable with someone you are familiar with!. i put a lot of myself and my emotions into my sex life!. i would think that i would be an emotional roller coaster with various sex partners!. i guess the main thing is disease!. the second is there would be a lack of complete intimacy for me and it would not be as enjoyable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if " not being killed in a fit of rage" is a benefit then that's at least one(kidding), but if you actually have to ask that, you NEED to do a personal morality check, and look, TRULY take a good look at yourself, you may not like what you see, cause just based off one statement you've made, I sure don't like ya!
