uhhhh ok!.!.!.this is whatg happend
my dad jsut reccently got marryed again!.!.(secound marrage)
and to get tyo know my stepmother we went on vacation to orlando florida!.!.!.ok !? while we were their my stepmom gave me 2 pills for no reason and i idk why they were caalled
the first one was
mega t green tea chewable pills
and the secound one was
papya enzymes!.!.
i wanted to know what they did to me why she gave them to me and are they harmful for me !?!? im 14!.!.!.just turned 14, 2 months agoWww@Answer-Health@Com

actually, they're really healthy things!. one of them helps to boost your immune system, i forget what the green tea one does but green tea is exceptionally good for you!.
they are not harmful!.
a lot of people these days look to more natural dietary suppliments and vitamin sources because of all the nastiness with the most modern medications and vitamins - things like the coagulant that's used to bind newer pills together, for example, have side effects in some people!.
its always a good idea to get suppliments that provide the vitamins and minerals that most of the food we eat these days have stripped out of them!.
honestly, you should talk to her nicely about it!. ask her what they do and what they're for!. if she's using them and even offered them to you, she'd probably be interested in sharing her knowledge about them!.
again though, these are not harmful things!. they dont do anything to you aside from deliver healthy stuff!.
