False Awakeneings HELP PLEASE!?!

Question: False Awakeneings HELP PLEASE!!?
i have a cousin who suffers from false awakenings!. It's been going on for a pretty long time and the only way that he thinks
he can avoid it is by NOTgoing to sleep!. He also gets many hallucinations throughout the day and can't really tell if he's awake or asleep most of the time!. do u have any idea of how to help him!? don't reccommend doctors/medication>> well i have a plan that might help him but i need some feed back

Everyday i will tell him what time to go to sleep at since lucid dreams are caused by random sleeping times!. Since he is not used to sleeping, ill slowly tell him to sleep more and more everyday!. Hopefully, in this way, he will develop the habit of going to sleep again and also hopefully will stop the false awakenings (lucid dreams)!. Do u think this plan will work!? if not, then explain why!. And all other plan recommendations are welcome!. < <NO DOCTORS/MEDICATION>>Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a similar problem, and I often get confused to whether things happened in a dream or real life!. later on I find out when it really happened, but sometimes i just never know!. sounds like maybe some type of sleeping disorder, but you'll never know for sure unless you go to a doctor who specializes in sleeping disorders!. so this is whatI would recommend your friend do:

he needs to try and sleep with a regular sleeping cycle/pattern!. take sleeping pills or melatonin, whatever it takes to get him to sleep!. go to sleep between 9-12 you know just whenever he usually sleeps at night or when done with homework!. set an alarm to wake up 8 hours later, no more than this because you over exhaust the brain by sleeping too long, so you actually wake up more tired which could equal more hallucinations!.

keep upthis pattern for 2 weeks and he should see results!. day dreaming is usually caused by being absent minded, due to lack of sleep!. he needs lots and lots of sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since when are lucid dreams a problem!?!?
I want more of them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok 1st Why no doctors or medications!? will he not go to a doctor!? If not how about a neuropathic doctor!?

Melatonin is a natural sleeping pill that you can buy from most drugstore or herb store!. Try this or ask a pharmacist!.

Most likely the hallucinations are from not sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lord no! Your cousin doesn't need doctors or medicine!. He's got you! You've come up with a diagnoses - false awakenings!. You've even thought up a cure!. You intend to attempt to hypnotize him! You're WAAAYYY smarter than any doctor I've even known!. A regular Einstein!

I hope your cousin has other family members!. Ones without mental disorders, or ideations of grandeur!.

People like you are downright dangerous!. Diagnosing and treating an illness without a licenses is a criminal offense!. You keep people who need help from receiving it!. I pray you don't cause your cousin any harm!.

You need help more than he does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no and sorry to say he needs to seek medical attention!. cuz he has a chemical imbalance in his brain causing him to not be able to tell the difference between reality and dream!. nothing you do is goin to work unless you go to a sleep theorpist or a neurologist!. there is something not functioning in his brain and you need to get it fix cuz it will get worse!. this is serious it can kill him take him to a doctor straight away this is not a a headache you can just sleep off or a cut you can ignore and it will go away!. you need to take him to the a neuologist NOW!! and what is doctors against your religion or somethin!. take him nothing will work except medical help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
