Question: HELP!, do i have anger problems and do i need a dr!.!!!?
ok so im 14 year old girl and im in grade 9, and i think i have anger issues or somthing because pretty mch everyday at school i get really pissed off people never shut up and i get irretated really fast im quiet and i like to be alone i listen to music pretty much 24 hours a day and if i get really mad then i get my music im fine, i hate girls! i know im a girl but the way they always complain about **** pisses me off what should i do, should i see a dr!. or not i am somtime depresed about being mad al the time and not know what to do, if somone could help me that would be awesome!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be an angry child, and I was diagnosed with depression when I was 15!. I see a shrink about every two weeks and I love it! We just talk about my daily life, which is a great release! I would suggest talking to your parents or doctor about seeing a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist if you seriously think you are having issues!. There's absolutely nothing wrong talking to a counselor, they're there to help you, so don't be afraid!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a girl too, and I don't care for girls myself for the same reason!. When I was in school, I got annoyed as well because they always talk/complain about stupid crap!. I don't think it's an anger issue, per se, I think that you are seeing the pettiness and shallowness of your peers and having to learn how to deal with it!. It IS frustrating and sometimes even enraging to look around you and see a bunch of idiots who have no idea what is important in life and what their priorities should be, but sadly, there is nothing you can do about it!.

I got through it in school by simply thinking of them as a different species of human, or looking at them the way I would a little child who doesn't know any better!. Keep in mind, this is how they have been taught to interact socially, so they really don't know any better!. It's like watching an ant farm or something!. Listen to your music, read your books, tune them out!. Ten years from now they will still be bickering about nonsense while you are doing something serious with yourself!.

If you often find yourself feeling like physically lashing out, I would suggest start running or working out or joining a sport because it may have nothing to do at all with the quality of the people who surround you!. It may simply be your body telling you that it's not getting enough physical expression!. Believe it or not, physical activity and sunshine are vital for our bodies and lack of either/both can cause depression and other sorts of negative feelings!. Even adults need physical activity and sunshine (vitamin D, actually) to stay healthy and "sane" and men who don't get enough of that often do wind up in anger management classes!.
