oh i know!. it's the reason a lot of people go into depression!. but all you can do is make the best out of it, because no one is sure exactly what happens after life, so make the best of what you DO know that's coming!. you'll regret pondering the meaning of life all your life instead of living it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a Christian I believe the point of life is Love!. Everything is based on love!. And if you kill your self you will not go to heaven because God gives you life and only God can take it away!!!.
Humans needs love! A life without love is not a life! We love our family's Pets like dog's we can even love Objects! like teddy bears and all other stuff and all that because a human needs love that's like our battery! Your post describes the bare outline of a life successfully lived!. Life itself is the meaning of life! It has its own meaning!. Without life we have nothing; with life we have the possibility of everything! If you go into detail in your outline everything will fit in there as an opportunity!. That is the meaning of life as distinct from a purpose!.
You have to choose your own purpose for life and this changes during life!. Right now in my reigning years I see the purpose of life as being simply:
EAT, SLEEP and FISH! Fishing gives me all the food I need to eat and that idyllic pursuit leaves my mind untroubled so I sleep like a baby!.
You're right in your assessment that if all there is for a future to life is to die then life seems rather meaningless as you will remember none of it after death!. There is one factor in all life that is consistent and that is the universal hope and belief in a life after life!. It cuts across all religions except that of atheism!. I chide atheism and atheistic science for both teaching and implying there is no life after life!. It flies in the face of all human hope and activity and stultifies life!. There is hope for life after life as a possibility in the details you give it in your outline; seek it out and enjoy it!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
