How can shy people gain charisma?!

Question: How can shy people gain charisma!?
Answers:
i dont know if it will help, but here goes!. i used to be painfully shy, years and years i would be part of the furniture at parties and almost everything else, but i reached a kind of breaking point or moment of clarity or epiphiny etc!.!.!. i realised that the reason i was shy was because of my own feeing of inadquecy, i assumed almost everyone else was burning with charisma and i was nothing more than a face in the crowd!. of course i realised that this was bullshit!. every single person has charisma, its not a question of gaining it but rather discovering it for yourself!. I know, its nothing original to say lighten up or chill out (i used to hate it when people said it to me) but being comfortable and relaxed are essential!. if all else fails remember, swear and curse but creatively, be politically incorect and be dangerous its very cool!. im living proof that shy people can become charasmatic, all my friends now describe me as raoul duke-ish,they've all called me insane and a proper legend!. so shy people all over the world, say **** it once in awhile, lose yourself and dance like no one is watchingWww@Answer-Health@Com

well when i play the sims, you have the sim talk in the mirror!. i guess thaat could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a local Toastmasters club and go check it out!. They teach you how to speak in public with confidence!. You can move as slowly as you need to or more quickly if you want!. It took me three weeks just to say my name out loud!.

As time passes and you gain more and more experience speaking in front of others in different situations, the confidence will come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to admite more things like if you like somebody just tell them, then when they respond with anything (remember just an example, remember that) listen to them and try tio respond with a BETTER answer, sounds wierd but just keep doing this sort of thing, let it all out, but when you do, dont studder or stagger with trying to think up a decision, kkWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is important: Go somewhere new, where you have no friends - no one that you know!.

Be yourself - but this time, say things that you always wish you had the courage to say!.

Funny jokes, witty remarks, etc!.

Remember: love everyone, speak with confidence in yourself, and always be positive and sensitive to others!.

Don't make negative remarks!.

Treat others like they may be your new best friend!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this might sound kinda weird, but try practicing your speaking in front of a mirror!.
I used to be really, really shy!.!.!.And I definitely didn't have much charisma, either!.

This is what I practiced:
1!. How you would word your sentances while speaking in a conversation
2!. Practice speaking common conversations that you would have with others
3!. Work on confidence (most important)

It really does help, too!.
After I practiced my speaking skills, I became more encouraged to not be so shy and to speak more often to others (which used to be out of my comfort-zone)!.

I hope I've helped you out, and good luck with everything!Www@Answer-Health@Com
