How do you get checked for ADD?!

Question: How do you get checked for ADD!?

I am in the army and I really doubt they have someone that does this I know I should go and ask someone there!. But is there a really good website that can tell you if you are or not!. I have a really bad attention unless its interesting to me, there is more but it seems like it has an effect on our marriage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is a website i found that is simple and you just check all the symtoms but you might want to get tested at the doctor too if most of the symptoms apply to you
