I have been in a two year abusive relationship!.!.!.he would seem fine then snap at nothing and the games would be on!. He would get violently out of control, then tell me its my fault then leave and go home to his parents!. A few days later he would be depressed and call and say he was sorry, we would talk then he would come home!. He would say he wants to marry me , get a job and do right by his daughter!. And all would be well for a few months till the vicious cycle started all over!. He couldn't hold a job, he has cost me many jobs!. My life has been at a stand still for two years!. He left again recently and I have made a final decision that I can not take him back for my safetyand sanity and the childrens safety!. His father and sister have both been diagnosed with bipolar I!. But they refuse to take thier meds!.!.!.and see nothing wrong with his irradic behavor!. Every episode has become more violent!. Could he have Bipolar as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what you tell me, it sounds like he is bi-polar also!. It can be hereditary!. Good for you, you decided NOT to take him back anymore!. Now stick to it! It will bring nothing but misery in your life and you deserve better!. Typical for the family to be in denial!.

Biploar is certainly a possibility but a definitive diagnosis must be made thru a mental health professional!. I'm glad you left and please do not take him back!. No one should allow themselves to be abused!. Don't ever go back to living that type of choatic lifestyle for you or your children!. Please take time to search the web to understand the "cycle of abuse"!. Think of how painful this is for you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.now consider how terrbily painful and frighteneing this is to the children!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
