You know!.!.!. I ask myself this same question!. It feels good to know that other people experience the same thing I do!.

First of all, I believe it's normal!. Especially if you're in a place in your life where you're still trying to "find" yourself!. It's weird because you can look back a few years ago and think that you KNEW who you were, but it doesn't even come close!.!.!. CHANGES, it's constant! There are many factors that could be contributing to this!.!.!. Maybe there was some type of crisis in your life, maybe you've lost friends, loved ones, a job!.!.!.!. There are normal everyday stresses that could add to this!. It's so easy to get "lost" when life is making so many demands!. It's hard to seperate that sometimes!.!.!.!.

I know the feeling!.!.!. It's a "restless" type feeling!. You want to know, but you just don't know!. The way I cope with it, is to talk about it, do something that makes you happy-- whatever that maybe, a hobby or some type of outlet other than work and friends!. Do things that help you discover yourself!.!.!.!.!.

I honestly don't have an answer for this, all I can say is I understand your situation and I do think it's normal!. Don't feel worried, but try to figure it out! Have fun with it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Good Luck! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be having an experience called "disassociation"!. Basically, it's the separation of your mind from your body!. In extreme cases it can lead to Dissociative Identity Disorder (more commonly known as Multiple Personality Disorder), but this is highly unlikely!. Not trying to scare you ;)

Don't be worried, unless it persists - most people get it from time to time!. I have!.

To overcome this, try to do something that involves your body!. Much of our time is spent reading, working, watching television!.!.!. all very mental activities!. Go exercise, get a massage, or take a walk in the most natural place you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's an ongoing thing, possibly!. If it's just a passing feeling, I don't think so!.
