Question: How to get this picture out of my mind!?
Recently I accidentally discovered phone sex sms's from my friend's phone!. And now every time I look at her all I can think is the messages and what they say!. I know she is just a human being and this is completely natural!. But I never thought of her like that at all, and this is disturbing me!. How can I get the picture out of my head!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't mention anything to her and don't talk about it with anyone!. Fill up your social or personal schedule with tons of distracting activities for a couple weeks!. soon enough you'll probably forget about the pics!. Life is short!.!. so concentrate on the more important stuff
