Question: Why does everything irritate me!?!?
everything irrates me, expacially at work!. the people i work with are incompatent to say the least leaving me to clean up after there mistakes!. but every little thing they do wrong bugs me and i try and make it not but i can't help it!. it has evern caused me to have panic attacks at work!. I don;t know what to do I can;t affored to quit my job and I don't know how to not take things to hart, as everone tells me i do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is exactly the same as me!. i feel your pain! just tell yourself that you dont care over and over again!. if that doesnt work, try to be irratatingly nice to them, sort of making fun of them, will keep you distractedWww@Answer-Health@Com
