Question: I get scared walking home at night!?
I work at a night club!. I live 9 streets away from my job!. I walk home because I hate driving!. Sometimes I think I hear someone walking behind me!. I think someone is going to grab me!. I scare myself so bad!. I think someone might attack or rape me!. My boyfriend used to walk me home but he is out of town!. How can I not freak myself out!? Do you think I'm being silly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I don't think you are being silly!. I go to school in Philadelphia and am often walking alone at night for short distances!. It's very scary!. You have to be on guard!. To make you feel better, wear running shoes to walk home in and carry mace in your hand!. Walk like you have a purpose and look up!. Take a longer way home if it means better lighting and more people out and about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
drive-i h8 it too,but in this situation,it could save ur life!someone could follow u home from the club l8 at nite!trust me,i have total driving phobia,but even i would force myself to do it in this case!better safe than sorry!Www@Answer-Health@Com
A woman in a city alone in the middle of the night!. Yeah, you should be scared!. Us girls have more to worry about than a lot of people realize!. Please, get somebody to give you a ride home or walk with you!. I don't want you getting hurt!

I dont know where it is that you live but for me I walk in the street!.!.you have full view infront of you and behind you ,it also gives you plenty of options if you need to make a quick getaway for retreat!.!.On the sidewalk you have no where to run!.!.!.and if your instincts are telling you its dangerous, guess what you are right!. never not trust those feelings!. they will not steer you wronge in any way!.!.!.Keep your keys in between your findgers as a weapon and dont always take the same route home, if someone is following you they will know your route so change that up a little!.!.these are things i learned living in the big city and they do helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
