Nervous about tomorrow's Spanish presentation..Help!!!?!

Question: Nervous about tomorrow's Spanish presentation!.!.Help!!!!?
I have to do a presentation in my Spanish class in front of about 35 classmates at the university!. My presentation is on caramel brownies and I need to explain how to make them and take some in as my visual aid, but I just feel nervous and the professor made us pick out of the jar to see who will go first, second, and etc!.!.I am First!!! I don't know if I should memorize, or take index cards!.!. I somewhat hardly know Spanish but I can't keep a conversation going or anything like that!.!.Any help on not being nervous or how to make it flow like nothing!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I would make index cards, if your professor said you could!.

That way you have something there just to be safe and remind you what you're going to say next!.

Get everything prepared as soon as you can and use all of your time tonight to practice, practice, practice!.

When you're giving your speech, just keep calm and maybe do some deep breathing before you go up to do it!.

It'll be over before you know it!. And be happy that you're first, that way you can sit back and watch everyone else give their speeches and not worry about when you have to go!.

You'll be fine!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This may seem really really crazy, but picture everyone else in underwear!. It's a mental trick, my mother taught me while in school, and it truly worked for me!. I was always nervous during presentations!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Write out index cards to help you stay on track and to not leave out details!. When you've written the cards, do a few practice runs in front of the mirror or roommates or even your pet!. If you find that you need to make adjustments to your cards, go ahead and do it!. Better to be prepared than look like a total fool in front of your classmates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Presentations are awful, but it's actually a positive thing to go first because there isn't anyone to compare yourself with!. Write down your main points on index cards!. Make sure you practice a lot tonight so you feel comfortable with it!. Everyone will love it because you're giving them brownies! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try finding someone who speaks Spanish fluently that you can rehearse with for at least a couple hours!. If necessary, pay them!. This is the best/fastest way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a friend hearing your entire presentation, that way you gain confidence!.!.!. (someone who speaks spanish of course); if don't have any friends that speak spanish anyway do it alone, in your bedroom in fornt of the mirror, so you look every gesture and visualize how your'e going to look in front of others, change the gestures you don't like until you like them, that way you gain more confidence!.
Use "association phrases" between topics that way it would sound natural!.
Mucha suerte en tu presentaci
