Answers:
1!. Psychologists (prescribing) or psychiatrists, as they can provide effective medication!.
2!. All of them are difficult to treat depending on their severity; in my experience it had been paranoid schizophrenia, as they tend to function under the delusion of paranoia in almost all areas of life
3!. It can be misdiagnosed as so many other disorders: schizoaffective, something with psychotic features, etc!.
4!. Usually not, they are just presented as such!. It depends on the situation, but most of the time they just look dangerous
5!. Younger ages, it is becoming more clear that schizophrenia has a lot to do with genetics
6!. Depends on where you go and what needs to be done!. Many people with the disorder are lower-income, and they have Medicaid or Medicare, so treatment is covered
7!. That's subjective - some say medication, others might say a more holistic approach!. Probably effective medication with good consistent treatment/counseling
8!. Depends on the state and the crime; sometimes a plead of insanity is entered at the behest of the GAL, but the individual has to be declared severelty incompetent or insane
9!. Involve yourself in community mental health centers, where more of the disparaged populations are served
10!. They can if they are empowered in right wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

1) A pt with schizophrenia should seek help from a psycologist, too many drugs are given by psychiatrists!.
2) I would consider paranoid schizophrenia to be the worst; when a schizo is paranoid, they are more likely to "snap", while the others are more of a disorganizational cognitive/sight/sound over matter!.
3) All mental "disorders" are hard to diagnose because there is NO test to show they are real, the only symptoms are what a pt can tell you!.
4) It depends on how progressed the schizophrenia is!.
5) Genetics!. It is more likely to have a family member schizophrenic if you already have one in the family!.
6) Tx is determined by health insurance, medicare, medicade, etc!.
7) There have been many advances in the past years, but I believe in those without medications!.
8) They are held responsible to a degree, again, depending on how progressed they are in the stages of schizophrenia!.
9) The two sides to this would be the cchr!.org and the psych!.org!. Basically with drugging and without!.
10) It all depends on how progressive it is, what kind of tx are available to them and the support given to them as a whole!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
