Question: Have you ever been so stressed and worried that you feel like you are about to vomit any second!?
I've felt like this for weeks!. What in the world do you do to get over the stress and worries you have!? How do you personally cope with them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know i do
sometimes i get so stressed about my mom and school my stomch tightens up and feel like i could vomit any minute
but i dont
because the thing is it might be because there is a problem you havent dealt with or you might have an anxiety problem
either way it can be dealt with
maybe you just need someone to talk to someone who listens
and prayer is great
but sometimes you just need a person
and also i get like that when i feel everything is coming apart so it helps to have some consistency in your life
and also to face head on your problems even the big scary ones!.!.!.
and also to dealing with these things heals your body gives you peace
for me i wasnt dealing with all the hurt of my past and it would just catch up with me
so you just gotta play the hand your dealt
but exactly what do i do
talk to someone nearby even if i dont know them cry paint write pray listen to music thats calming or angry if i need it sing dance swim just what ever it takes to get that bad feeling out

i have a psychologist and i'm probably going on medicine soon!. besides that, i really can't help you!. It depends on what you are stressed about though!. If its normal things, then it will run its course, but if you are worried about absurd things is could be some chemical imbalance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes i have!. its just some people have a nervous problem!. what you need to do is go into your room or somewhere private and alone!. and just write out all your feelings and cry!. or just calm down!. you actually might want to speak to your dr if it happens alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

mabye try going to the doctor!.!.!.they have medacine to help with situations like that!.!.it really does help :]

I have actually vomited from being stressed and having anxiety attacks!. Go to the doctor and explain what you just did here!. There are some medications that can help you through this!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going through that same anxiety now !. I have a constant sick feeling in the pit of my stomach!. Its hard to fall asleep!. I try to think of peaceful things !.
