All the time!. For instance, I am the first to remind friends to take their medications but I'm also the first to quietly stop mine with alarming frequency!.

The advice I give is mostly from my own life experiences and the rest is my opinion because the correct way i lead my life may not be so for the next person!. I just try to help in any way that I can and as long as I help 1 person out of a thousand then ive done something good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I try NOT to give Advice at ALL, -unless I'm specifically asked for it!. Because if a "Penny" is ALL One's thoughts are worth, then most Advice isn't worth the Air One wastes on them!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I try not to!. I think we ALL should live up to our own integrity, moral and values!. It's only fare when giving advice!.
