How do I keep from wrist cutting?!


Question: How do I keep from wrist cutting!?
I have kept from cutting for half a year!. I started because I washed my mom try to commit suicide 5 times when I was 5, raped by 3 gays for 5 years, and washed my grandma die of cancer!. It helped me relieve some of the stress!. I'm now having a hard time not cutting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting is typically a stress-reliever, or an unhealthy way of dealing with stress!. it is a learned behavior!. Unless you replace this behavior with a better, more healthy way of dealing with the stress inyour life, it will be hard to stop!. Talking to a professional that deals with cutting is a good idea!. The book "Bodily Harm" was great for me!. It was really insightful and right on the money for why I used to cut and helped me understand the behavior and change it!. When you are feeling anxious, you need to keep busy doig anything so that you can't cut!.!.!.it's hard, but if you can keep yourself busy long enough to get past the inital urge it gets easier each time!. You should try to seek help from someone like a pastor, I say this because most likely, you don't trust to many people around u from your experience!. What I do is sip on Henn, and blow blunts to relieve myself, but some people can't handle that cuz it may lead them to crack or sum shyt!. But I'm just beeing real wit u, you should try and seek some help from some one, some one who would listen and actually help u without judging!.
But ma I thought I had a story to tell, man u got to be strong woman if you not already one, man u got to overcome your hurdles tho, everything that happens to us is for a reason!. Some people just adjust to their problems and live how it is, but you have some people who look st da problem and make the decision and say **** it, imman beat this shyt!. All in All it's how much fight you got, Real talk girl!. I'm 19 from da Chi, So u kno I seen shyt, but i seen people make it, you can too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-punch your pillow
-scream
-take a walk
-cook a meal
-get a massage
-retreat to your room and cuddle up with some candy and a book/magazineWww@Answer-Health@Com
