Question: Everyone seems to sugest seeing a psychiatrist for every little problem these days!?
If someone makes a little complaint about their situation or mental health lots of people immediately suggest seeing a pyschiatrist for help!. there has got to be better answers then that!. the suggestions are similar to proposing that someone makes a trip to a&e because they have grazed their knee!. how did the world survive without councillors when this is this case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think people say this because they feel like they need to solve the person's problem when really all they need to do is be a good listener!. Dr's are always suggeting people see a psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
its not that we suggest it we just know that if you fix problems as soon as they come up then it can prevent them from getting larger!.
its like with bullying they used to say boys will be boys and sticks and stones can break my bones but names will never hurt me!.
those two things are dead wrong and ended up causing some people to end their lives!. i suggest going to a counciller for a lot of things!. i find it very easy to open up to a stranger!. i usually dont care what they think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the world we live today people are so stressed out from everyday life that they need someplace to unwind who is not biased!.!.!.we used to tell our drs!.!.!.!.barbers etc!.!.ministers!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally not a big fan of psychiatrists, most of them just want to medicate!.!. Im more of a advocate for psychologists (could be because of my training)Www@Answer-Health@Com
