Ugh sleep problems. :/?!


Question: Ugh sleep problems!. :/!?
okay so the past few days i cant sleep!.
idk why! I mean i'll try to go to sleep maybe at nine and ill try at 11!.!.!. well ill just lay there twisting turning and ill get irritated and my foot will fall alsleep or something will agrivate me!. for 30min!. and i try to go to sleep like i do every night!.
last night i didnt snooze off till 3 or 4am! i have highschool and 7 so i have to leave at 6:20 or earlier due to having to ride the bus with my friend!. how can i go to sleep!. no turning off my tv wont help then i def cant go to sleep i dont care im 14 and afraid of the dark but ill admit it!. :) so any help!

like should i just stay up!. i might doze off but ill be up in 30min to 2hours! so i only get 30min or 2hours of sleep!. :/
it doesnt seem to really affect me at school!. i dont sleep i actually cant believe im awake and school lecturing is more boring! this is so wierd!. sorry i rambled!. XDWww@Answer-Health@Com

try advil pm liquid gels!. I never can sleep!.actually helped me fall asleep!. Otherwise!.!.!. don't worry if you cant sleep!. Ive been up endless nights and had to work with no hours of sleep!. Its not gonna kill you!. The more you worry about not falling asleep, the worse chance you have of falling asleep!. Just remember!.!. not being able to sleep wont kill you!. My psychiatrist told me to not lay in bed if I'm not tired!.
Don't go to bed if you're not tired, just stay up until you are and it will help you fall asleep faster!.
Also, make sure you don't take naps after school, that could be causing you to be awake at night!.
Make sure you are completely comfortable when you are going to bed, if you're hot!.!.!.open a window!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
