Question: Sleep, tummy aches, im 14, and read please!! :/!?

trouble sleeping!.
(irritated, start to go to sleep at 9 or 11pm dont snoze or get a little sleepy until 3 or 4am! then i'll wake up in 30min or 2hrs meaning i only get 30min to 2hrs of sleep!, have to leave the house at 6:20am for school!, never had this much trouble sleeping, sometimes its like im going in a heat stroke but im not, blah!.)
no i dont drink sodas at all, maybe sprite but not in the past days!. only tea! i had water today one bottle, my tummy hurts and im not sleepy!. i feel like i want to and should but just cant! never had this much trouble before! been goin on maybe a week or so!.!.!. :/

I been bleh lately!. im like the hapiest kid you know but now i seem drowsy but actually im not! schools more boring i get no sleep and im wide awake!! im not eating much!. like i mean not as alot as i use to which was extremely a lot!.!! my stomach seems upset lately!.!.!. bleh kinda depressing but i could never go into or not even be like 57% depressed!.

I would suggest picking a good time that you would like to go to sleep!. An hour before the time you chose you need to get away from the computer and the TV!. You need to go into your room and lay in your bed!. Keep the lighting to a minimum except for maybe a reading light!. Then you need to pull out a book or maybe one of your favorite magazines and read!. The repetitive motion of your eyes reading across the page should begin to make you sleepy after a while!. When I also have trouble sleeping I like to take a warm bath with candles and the lights out!. Close your eyes and allow yourself to think about the day!. You'll go to bed relaxed and withh little on your mind!. Hope this help! :) Oh chamomile tea also works wonders!. Just don't use any sugar in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tylenol simply sleep, it only lasts about 4 hours so you wont have real troubles waking up for school like more powerful sleep aids!. just be careful over a long period of time they can raise your blood pressureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get rid of the tea!. It has caffeine in it and that'll keep you up!.

Dring warm milk instead!. It's a natural sleeping agent!.

Establish a regular bedtime and follow it!. Proper sleep is a habit!.

No lights - they disturb your ability to get deep sleep!.

If you wake up, don't get out of bed!. Turn over and go back to sleep!.

The tummy aches are likely related to lack of sleep, but check with your doctor!. Depression comes from your frustration at not getting enough sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
