If I am TOO stressed, nervous and stuff?!


Question: If I am TOO stressed, nervous and stuff!?
and BAD axiousity(spelling)!? can't sleep or function!. what to do!? i tried everything!. nothing worked! i feel sore and big pains!. what to do!? can't afford doc or something!. every body in place is teasing me!. can't get out cause other reasons!? and worried about school and other stuff!. Listen, I have the same problem!.!.!.!.(choose whether you'd like to read this or not, sorry it's long)

when you're anxious and can't sleep!.!.!. it's alright!. You can always just close your eyes and think about things!. Like imagine what life would be like this way or that way, you know!.

School!. Just drop your worries on the floor and don't pick them up!. Don't do any homework and take the consequences of it later!. You need time to get the stress off!. you do!. and even talking to your parents can help (whether you like them or not they'll appreciate you going to them)

If people tease you, ignore them (I know it's hard!.!.!.it's very hard) but in the end you're the one who rose against them and worked hard to be a good person!. Don't tease them back and just try to relax!. You'll get through it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldnt drop all homework and responsibilities etc!. bc when ur over this 'hump' in your life all those responsibilities and late assignments catch up with you!. i know from experience!.
just make a schedule for yourself, minute by minute if u have to, just dont push yourself further than u know u can go!.!.
give yourself lots of resting time and lots of sleep at night, and make the schedule reasonable!.!.!.itll only make u feel more stressed if you cant keep up with the schedule!.
eat balanced meals and all that and get plenty of sleep!.
if necessary drop frivolous activities, like, idk, painting your nails every night or something!.
if your in an advanced class and you really feel u cant handle the pressure, drop the class!.
but make sure u dont forget to do the activities u enjoy!.!.!.!.they give u a time to relax and think and be apart from all the seriousness and anxiety!. if u dont have a hobby or sport, find one so u arent so engrossed in all the boring stuff!.!.!.
