Don't feel so bad just remember if things are bad right now just know they could always get worse!. But let if comfort you that it will always get better!. I hope you feel better soon!.
And in case you might think life is not worth living there are free hotlines where they will talk with you and help you understand some of your problems!. Just search the Internet for depression hotlines!. Please nothing is worth losing you life!.

That is a tough one!. So many of us feel alone from time to time, and many always feel this way!. You need to get yourself more involved in the community or with friends and family!. You need to make the effort to be more social or play more sports or volunteer somewhere!. It is very easy to feel alone, but it can be difficult to put yourself out there to feel more connected!. Write down some activities that you enjoy, or think you might want to try!. Then make the effort do get out there and have some fun! It can be scary at first to meet new people, but it is worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to feel this way!. Try to talk with your parents about your feelings or with friends!.!.Enjoy life, don't feel depressed, have fun and do the things that u like to do then you will forget the feeling of being alone, don't think about it just call your friends and hang out with them!. Enjoy yourself at home, read, exercice, join a club or a gym and meet new people, listen to music!.!.you can do a lot of things, feel free and happy!. Sometimes when we get into a routine, like talking to the same person every night, and the cycle gets broken it tends to make us feel un-needed or unwanted!. What you are feeling is normal, really!. Give it a few days and hopefully your friend will feel well enough to carry on the nightly conversations!. You could take this time to seek a new interest for when you have down time again!.
