How to de-stress?!


Question: How to de-stress!?
I had an exam monday, I have one tonight, and I have one tomorrow morning!. What is the best way to de-stress!? Either while studying, or after all of my exams are done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do whatever you enjoy doing!. Whether it is working out, or walking your dog, or reading a book (by choice of course)!. What works to de-stress you will not work for everyone, and what works for them may not work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I destress everday by, putting on my earphones with my favorite songs and working out on the treadmill and the elipticle!. Works great for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try going running or listening to music outside in the sunlight after the tests or right before depending on what time they are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you live in a country that actually practices freedom rather than just talk about it, then you might want to unwind with cannabis!. It is quite relaxing and pleasant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
