only a psychiatrist can diagnose you with bipolar, but if you feel like you are, then most likely you are!. no one knows your body/mind like you do!. i would defintely make an appointment just to get diagnosed and if you feel like making a follow up appointment to continue therapy then thats great! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the easiest way to know if you are bipolar is this:

Do you snap at loved ones for no reason, and have no memories of doing so!? Consume large amounts of alcohol by "accident"!? Use narcotics or alcohol to "help deal with sadness and loneliness"!? Do you cry, scream, hit, call names, basically do you have ****-fits that you can't explain!?!? If so, you are bipolar!. See a Dr, 1hr interview will tell you all you need to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to go see a professional doctor (psychologist) they will ask you a lot of questions and have you fill out alot of papers, that is a couple of ways to be "diagnosed"!. Here is a website that can tell you what the symtoms are, hope it helps!.
