I'm not myself anymore?!?!


Question: I'm not myself anymore!?!!?
I feel like I'm a completely different person!. I'm miserable almost all the time!. I hate school!. I'm not 100% sure what to do with my life!. I have very few friends!. I have a big heart but I can't express my feelings effectively!. It doesn't matter if I'm bursting with joy or anything--my facial expression is sad or neutral!. I don't feel hungry day after day!. I go to school and return home and do my studying like a system!.

There's no actual joy in much of anything!. The only things that make me happy are my cats, my hubby and reading!. It feels like I have to hide my tears and my pain behind a mask!.

I'm always there for everyone and putting aside my life to help people with their problems!. I give them a crying shoulder and very rarely do they give me one!.

What can I do!? I'm not myself anymore!

Is there ANYTHING I can do to become a HAPPY person or to feel like my life has any worth!? I feel so terrible about myself and if I don't like me how can anyone else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been through the same a few months ago!. I was feeling miserable in whatever I was doing!. I've recently moved to another country to study by myself, so I don't really have anybody to rely on!. I used to be a bright, happy person but during that time, i just vanished!.!.!.
I talked to a priest at a local church, it was the closest thing I had around me that reminded me of home (I'm catholic) and I told him about how I was feeling!. He, being an amazing man, saw straight into me!. The reason I was feeling so down was because I no longer enjoyed what I was doing!. I just wanted to get things done, I had a zillion projects to do, midterm coming up, everything was just adding up and the fact that I didn't have anybody to actually talk to and that I was still getting use to a new enviroment made me feel miserable!.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that whatever one does, we must ENJOY it!. After all, isn't this the purpose of life!? To live happily, enjoy the place that we live in, take care of ourselves (body, spirit, mind)!. Because we are not just "body", we cannot function without mind nor spirit!.!.!.
I don't want to sound that I'm lecturing you!.!.!.
I guess a lot of meditating would certainly help :)
Go to a quiet place, where you can be alone and just open your heart and talk to yourself, trying to figure out why you are feeling this way!. (It's probably because you're under a lot of stress), exercise and ENJOY what you do!.
You might consider finding a hobby that suits your personality, as you said before you have a big heart but haven't been able to invest it!? well, you could probably do some social work, help sick kids, there are a lot of options :)

I wish you the best! and don't ever think your life isn't worth living because it is!.!.!.society have been pushing us to believe that material things are all that matter, or that getting a perfect slim body is important!.!.!.!.if by doing so we're not ourselves, and we are slowly vanishing, it is not worth it!.

Even though it's hard to escape those ideologies, but nothing is impossible once you set your mind on it!.

sounds like you're depressed!. Stop pretending!.!.!.take a nice vacation to get away from everything and take a break from living for other people!. You sound burnt out!.
And no one knows what to do with there life 100% i'd be happy with a 50%!. Expressing yourself takes practice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really think you should talk to someone, someone you trust, even a guidance counselor or teacher!. There are also professionals you can talk to, it helps to let it out and get in site from someone!. It sounds like you may be in a depression, there are also medications that may help you!. Call your doctor, have them recommend someone, but definitely don't keep feeling so sad, get help honey you deserve to be happy and enjoy your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some counseling!.!.!.!.!.it seems to me that there aren't any factors in your life that are making you sad so it's probably just a problem you have within yourself!. Talking to someone will do wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to feel like that sometimes but i never sed anything and just whenever i felt like crying i did it in secret in my room!.!. what i did to help myself was wrote all bad things in a scrapbook and the good things in different book!.!.then when i got about 10 good things i ripped up all the bad stuff and chucked it away!.!.it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders!.!.good luck with feeling better!.!.if you have the courage[i didnt] tell sum1, ur hubby, a good friend, someone and they'll be there for you, dont quickly stop them for two minutes, ask them to sit down with you so you can express your feelings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to your friends, i always put myself forawrd, i dont care about my feelings, if i like someone and someone else likes them!. i step aside, if someone likes something and i like it!. i say 'ha i dont like it anymore'!.!.!. or step aside x]!.!.!. I have a boyfrinend half a year now but hes helped me so much!.!.!. just amasing how much i have changed in half a year!. talk to your closest of friends i think a 'hubby' is a boyfriend!.!.!. talk to him!.!.!. Gather friends round and do what YOU want to do or what you FEEL like doing!.!.!. like picknick in the local park and messabout! or go raid a beach!. whatever anything you want to do! you just need to loosen up!.!.!. and realise 'i cant always ignore myself' you need to put yourself under the spot light everynow and then!.!.!. Serousley talking about how you feel and whatever will really make you feel better =]

its just gonna be keped bottled up inside and day by day it will grow and grow and that hate, sadness, whatever emotion is bothering you will just burst out and kick ypu up the bum!.!.!.

Talk to a friend, arrange a day on the weekend to do what you;d like to do with thoes closest or thoes you feel confertable with!.!.!. you probaly think somethign like its really not fair for me to talk about me, its selfish and stuff!.!.!. im not sure if you think that but i do half the time ^^; but im told its not selfish =]

I think you need understanding & guidance from someone who does counselling they should help you work out what you really want from life & what holds you back!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Ive sort of been there & done it & made a mess of my own life, there was no where near as much help or understanding about these things when I was younger & Im still working on my own problems now so dont waste your life ask for the help you need, now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some time for yourself, treat yourself to something relaxing and nice!. Talk to a close relative!. To become a "happier" person I had to think like a happy person, catch yourself when you start thinking negatively and change what you say to yourself!. Stay present!. Dont worry about the future and things you cannot control!. Make a list of things you are thankful for and that you enjoy!. Go outside and get back in touch with nature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a hubby that makes you happy thats half the battle!. If he loves you he would probably give you the shoulder you need, or start putting requirements on those who you have been a sounding board for!. If they aren't willing to reciprocate, find someone else to befriend, join a group, or visit social events, book clubs, animal organizations, there are lots of cat lovers out there, me included, who love to swap silly pet stories(a great ice breaker)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
