How do you manage to keep a positive attitude?!


Question: How do you manage to keep a positive attitude!?
Answers:
Affirmation 10 min in the morning and 10 min before bed!.
State what you would like to be everyday for at least 30 days, such as "I can always find something to appreciate in every person, situation and condition!." After 30 days, you will start to notice "the change" for sure!.

The easiest answer!?

Fake it to you make it!!!!! Then, while you are faking it, do good deeds for others!. They don't even have to know that you did it!. If there are chores around the house, do someone else's and watch why they are so surprised and taken aback as to why someone would be so nice as to do that!.

There are so many good ways to do good deeds for others!. Whether its recycling, being nice to someone that is picked on or made fun of, buying donuts for the group, or really really listening to a friend when they are having problems!.

You will find that your self esteem will increase so much that your outlook will change as well!. I promise this works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it is hard and I struggle with this on a daily basis but try to find at least one positive side to everything you think is negative!. It seems to help and I feel better!. Example: I was overlooked at work for a promotion that I really wanted and needed!. When I did not get it I was so upset and soon realized that if I would have taken that job I would have had to work with this really awful guy who thinks women no mater what position they have with the company should cater to him every time he wants something!. It is a great achievement to adopt a positive attitude; it is a challenge, sometimes,to be able to keep it!.

The best way to keep a positive attitude is to continue on the path that brought you to this particular point!. It is not something you achieve and then have forever!. There are many factors involved!.

First, you have to be able to keep the frame of mind that is condusive to staying in that mode!. Surround yourself with people that are positive!. Take the opportunity to see the best in everything, and shield the effects of something or someone that causes the day to go wrong!. Have the ability to see it for what it is, a hiccup in your day!. Persevere when they really doesn't seem like it is worth the while-- only seeing something to the end will you know that it was worth it!.

Positive attitudes are just a small facet of the overall character of a person!. You have to also have patience, loyalty, a desire to succeed and the wherewith all to do whatever it takes!. Strong characters traits combined to make up a person who can stay positive!.
