You shouldn't beat yourself up about it!. Its obvious u have social anxiety!. Go to someone about it like a thearapist!. You'll be fine!. i've had it!. Good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should go see a therapist!. i do the same thing but i also have social anxiety disorder!. you dont fear social situations but you avoid them!? well i avoid social situations cuz i fear them!. maybe you do have SAD!. or performance anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
