Question: What do you do to calm your nerves!?
I had a horrible day and I'm supposed to be taking a nap before work, but I can't seem to calm myself down!. It almost feels like I'm having a panic attack!. My heart has been racing for about 2 hours and it's hard to breathe deep!. My freakin hands won't stop shaking and my mind is racing!.
I know I need sleep or I'll be a zombie at work later, but what can I do!. I've tried laying in silence and practicing breathing techniques, but it's not helping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take benzodiazepine with short-half lives such as rohypnol!. they are sleeping pill with anxiolitic effect!. consult a psychiatrist!. having racing heart for two hours certainly sounds like panic attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
depends how bad your anxiety is!.!.if its only mild and happens occasionally try camamile tea, valerian or sumin!.!.if its more severe ie all the time this extreme go doctors and see what they recomend however i dont fink you will like the answer!.!.!.ANTIDEPRESANTS, even though your not depressed they work the same receptors in the brain and will therefore cause you reliefWww@Answer-Health@Com
1) Take a nice warm bath!.
2) Do something that makes you feel good (hobby)!.
3) Try to relax with some sort of warm drink!.
4) Lay somewhere comfortable (on your back with palms facing up) and close your eyes!. Tense up all of your muscles and hold it for 10 seconds, count slowly to 10 and then let go!. By doing this you are relaxing your muscles and preparing yourself for a nice long sleep!. Picture yourself doing something you love perfectly, with no error!. Now just relax and try to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
