Talk to your doctor, or if you have some kind of health insurance you can get free counselling!. Or you could try the website www!.Ahealthyplace!.com, its like a chat room, they are not counsellors, but just people who offer really good advice for free!.

Talk to your GP, you can get a free conselling sesson that could lead onto therapy if you need it, good luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you live in the states then your county should have a public mental health facility!. if you cant find it then call a close hospital and they will tell you where to go!. its not 100% free unless you are a minor but I think you only pay like 20bucks or something for meds if they are needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In the state of georgia we have mental health clinics that are state funded!. You can get free or cheap care and medicine if you qualify!.
Call a state health agency and ask where you should go!. If your appt!. is too far away walk in and tell them you need immediate help!. If you tell them you are suicidal they are legally bound to get you immediate help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Psychological counselling, with a sliding scale, based on income, is available through many religious organisations, such as Catholic counselling, the Methodist church, and the Unitarian Universalists!.
