Question: I lose my temper very fast!?how can i control it!?
i lose my temper very fast!.i get upset 4 silly matters!.when someone bullying i lose my temper very fast!.My this character created a lot of trouble to me!.i want to control my temper!.give me a solution!.Plz dont give any funny answer!.i'm very serious on my this character!.i want to do something!.plz help me!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Friend, I will tell you one technique, Whenever you are angry start counting backwards from 10 to 1 in your head!. You'll be able to control your anger!. this is physiologically proved and works! You will start to feel normal when you reach 1! (counting slowly!.)
The other one I suggest you is to laugh (well, not too much or loudly) a bit more then you actually do!. Because some time back I was like that, I didn't knew why I used to take every matter seriously and ended up spoiling my mood!. Then, I started taking things lightly!.!.!. and it helped!
If someone says something to you just laugh it off!. Next time he'll have no interest in bugging you!. But if you take it seriously he'll surely have a good time pulling your leg! So watch out! Do give them a chance!

How can anyone advise you to control yourself!. You have got to do it yourself!.
You will learn to behave , if someone who is equally temperamental as you are, tightens you,up!. you will become normal!.
It is nothing but sheer arrogance to say that you lose your temper!.

Just do self talk!. If you feel your getting angry!. Stop!. Think to your self "why am I getting angry!?" Is this something to get angry about!? If not , do some slow deep breathing!. Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth slowly, count to five breathing in, and to five breathing out and do this 8- 10 times!. Relax your shoulders, sometimes when we are tense our shoulders are up to our ears!. Rotate your head in a circle 5 times in one direction and then 5 time in the opposite direction!. Then tell yourself " I am not going to get angry over this and spend negative energy on this!. It is not worth it!. Do cognitive thinking!. Really think about what is making you mad and tell yourself this is stupid! For example: Rush hour!.
You get upset because it takes so long to get home or someone won't let you in a lane!. Before you start your drive tell yourself I am not going to get upset Rush hour is always like this , I am going to distract myself from getting upset and play music that calms me down and It is what it is whatever the situation may be!. I am in control of my self and I will regain control by deep breathing, taking a walk, exercising, Take 10 minutes to think about the situation and if it really warrants me getting upset!.
