Question: Please some tell me this is not bad!?
So today I was talking to my therapist and I was not being very open with her!. She was asking me questions and I was getting lose in my thoughts and I started to lighty shake my head and she ask me can i ask you a question, are you shaking your head to your thoughts and I said no!. But then I relized i was doing it again, i told her you are so right I do!.

Please help is this bad i'm so scared!.
my dx: major depression, anxity, ptsd, can't sleep and anroexia

This is really hard to approach because I don't know what it is that's bothering you, but I need you to look at it this way!.!.!. to live is to have a second chance !.!.!. anything that you regret, you've done wrong, anything that causes you pain is going to stay with you !.!.!. people will try to tell you to move on and you can't !.!.!. it's not possible, because whatever causes you depression is not something simple, not something you can just put behind you !.!.!. you need to take things in small steps !.!.!. find a purpose for tomorrow !.!.!. a random act of kindness, make a new friend, try something you've never tried before !.!. people who are depressed often get stuck inside their heads !.!.!. they live in the past, and no one will ever conquer depression if the past is their focus !.!.!. you have to make the best of today !.!.!. you sound young !.!.!. for someone with your whole life ahead of you, you should be looking forward !.!.!.

honey, I swear to you this is the truth: last year, while my father was at home dying from the effects of colon cancer, I was in a hospital battling my own chronic illness !.!.!. I spent 26 days in that hospital and have to be on medication for the rest of my life !.!.!. what's worse is I lost time with my father, who died not long after I got home !.!.!. I could've completely crumbled, and sometimes I wonder why I didn't !.!.!. but I think about what's expected of me !.!.!. I think about what I'm capable of and I think about what the bad experiences teach me about life, about strength, about myself !.!.!. so many people post on yahoo answers about their personal problems and I really wish I knew you better so I could help, but this is as far as I can go without knowing any specific details !.!.!. I want you to know that you should never feel alone, that there is always someone there for you, always someone willing to talk to you if you reach out !.!.!. no one wants to see you in this position !.!.

in a way it is bad, just because it means that your thoughts are overwhelming you to the point where you disconnect from the outside world to deal with them!. but it certainly doesn't make you crazy!. the fact that you are aware of it now just means that you can more easily notice when you are getting trapped in thought spirals and start to combat itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!.Its difficult I know!.I suffer from depression and am bi-polar as well!.Its normal to distance yourself from the issues your therapists topics because in denial you are still in control!.Or at least you think you are!.If you want to make progress you have to conciously break free from denial and realise that its a very real illness you have!.Rely on someone else rather than yourself becauserelying on yourself clearly isnt working!. Its tough!.Once you open yourself to those possiilities and let yourself be led then you will start climbing out of that pit of despair!.
Dont underestimate the power of meds either!.I have been on meds now for 8 yrs plus and I acknowledge I need them to function normally!.Make sure your shrink is giving you the right meds for your conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're already seeing a therapist, so I can't tell you to seek therapy!. Not being open with her isn't helping her to do her job though!.
You need to plan your ideas on paper to stop them swirling aimlessly around your head, especially if they are recurring type thoughts!.
Apart from therapy, you might consider pharmaceutical help for anxiety and depression!. These two conditions make any other problems a lot worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you won't be able to help yourself if your not going to trust your therapist!. she's there for you because she knows that you're in great need of help!. open yourself up to her without any inhibitions!. tell her what you feel and don't hold back any of your emotions!. you need to get your emotions out to relieve yourself from whatever you think is bothering you!. just by doing this you'll see that you will feel much lighter inside beacause you know deep inside that someone whole-heartedly listens to your problems!. when you do this!.!. for sure you'll recover in no time!. hope i helped in some way!. good luck to you and i hope you all the best!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not "bad" and you are not "bad" for your reactions!. It sounds as though you are extremely depressed, anxious, etc!. and it's hard to open up at times when you are already feeling down and perhaps confused!. I know when I first started therapy and even now sometimes after eight years I feel very vulnerable and scared!. I think that is only natural!. I hope you feel safe enough to talk to her though!. I can only suggest that you tell your therapist how you feel and everything that is going on that way she will be able to help you in every way possible so that you can begin to feel better!. i cant help you because i havent been through those things
we can also be like your mini therapist because we will never actually meet each other or see each other so yeah
just talk to your therapist tell her all !!! =)
