HELP? ? Feeling disheartened.?!


Question: HELP!? ? Feeling disheartened!.!?
I had a very stressful couple of years!.

Spouse got cancer!.

A coworker lied to me and thus caused me to lose my job!.

Then I finally got another job, then found out the job was a work scam!.

So now Im unemployed and very disheartened!.

I find it difficult to even look for a job!.

How do I get out of this rut!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand!. It's been VERY stressful to me too!.
I suggest you get into a support group or two!.
I'd also get a therapist to talk with!.
Make sure you eat right and exercise well too!.
Try to stay in today and not assume you know your future by projecting a negative outcome!.
Do the NEXT RIGHT THING!.
Stay away from sugar, drugs, evil people, alcohol, and negative thinking!.
Start thinking about actions you can take that are helpful to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different in how they work through things!. I was unemployed for over 3 years due to a coworker lieing about something that never happened even though I was an excellent worker (was told all the time by everyone in the office)!. In those three years, I looked and applied diligently every single week to hundreds of jobs!. I am now in a great job with my own office and doing well!. It took me 3 & 1/2 years to find my current job but also I found that I had to work through the things that bothered me by myself!. It takes time to get over the hurt you've gone through!. You're only human!. There's really nothing more you can do except give yourself time to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The way I see it, the cancer thing is the worst!.!.!.and you can't control it!.

Is it difficult because you lack motivation to even wake up!? It could be depression!. See your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have very reason to feel stressed!. You also sound like you're a little depressed!.

Make sure that you're taking care of your self in terms of good diet, exercise, plenty of sleep!. Maybe talk to your Dr!. about how you feel!. That "rut" could be clinical depression and there are some wonderful treatments for that now!.
