Anxiety! I dont get it please help me i dont know what to do! :-S?!


Question: Anxiety! I dont get it please help me i dont know what to do! :-S!?
I suffer from something called anxiety and it makes me really nervous and start panicking! I dont get why i get it though! I am in Year 8 and i get really bad anxiety in assembly and im random things! Yesterday i got anxiety over something stupid and that was getting a headache! I dont understand why i get these for stupid reasons and why doesn't my lil sister get anxiety and me and my mum both do!?
I also get anxious about havin tummy ache :-S

stress goes hand in hand with anxiety
also it is easy to confuse excitement with anxiety
it also does affect your physical health
it's not easy but you have to learn not to take things so seriously
what ever is going to happen is just going to happen
there is no one exact reason why people get anxiety
women are more prone to it than men
it is GOOD you are aware of it already
you wil probably need to get some xanax to help
i have had it all my life & have to have xanax if i am
going to be in crowds
going to travel in a car a long time
going to fly

also imodium is good for the irritable bowel syndrome that you mentioned - i used to get that way but read about it alot & understand it more & am able to keep things under control for the most part
then again,
there are days i feel that way for no apparent reason
accept it & adapt as much as you can
see a dr if it gets to the point you feel you meed some medication

I highly recommend going to your doctor and talking to them about it!. They will probably put you on anti-anxiety medication!. A lot of people i go to school are on them and state that they help a lot for short term anxiety problems!. However, i would also encourage you to exercise, do yoga, meditate, read, go to the movies, etc!. to relieve some of that built up stress!. Keeping a diary also helps!. I think anxiety is a state of mind so maybe some mind stregthing excercises will help it is more about getting control,when it starts ,stop and take a big breath look around to see what is happing,tell yourself you do have control and then take control !then direct things in the way you know they should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
