OK you've seen a DR and read about it on line, do you have some sort of obsessive disease too!? You are supposed to paralyzed when you sleep so you don't act out what you are dreaming!. You are just waking up before it wears off! can you deal with the fact that you are FINE!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go back to your family doctor again that is not good in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry! Everybody has sleep paralysis while asleep, it is a natural function of the body to relax!.

However, most people are not aware of it!. But as you are aware of it, you can actually take advantage of it, because you are probably in a state of 'lucid dreaming' - being aware that you dream or are asleep!. I would suggest to read up on lucid dreaming, it has many advantages, as you can use it to deal with many psychological problems you may have!. Quite a few people try to get this state to live a happier life!

I don't mean to say that you are mentally ill - rather the opposite - but we all have our problems, don't we!? When you can be aware during sleep and dreams, you can basically do what you want in your dream, have lots of fun and enjoy a very healthy and effective night rest!. Also, the more skill you develop in lucid dreaming, the easier it will get to 'wake yourself up' from the sleep paralysis if you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you have seen a doctor, u are ok!. All you can do is stay calm and deal with it until it wears off!. I used to get it when i was stressed until i took anxiety medication!. Ever since, I never got sleep paralysis again!. See if you have any anxiety disorders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask your doctor to order a sleep study to get accurate data on your experiences!.!.There are some methods of treatment, but the diagnosis would have to come first!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
