Question: Bullies are expensive!?
The last question that I answered was regarding a troubled young man who was bullied badly adn he decided to retaliate by trying to stabbed the bullied!. He seemed really upset and clearly the continuel bullying from the other person has impaired him a bit, he's filled with rage and resentments towards the teachers who did nothing to stop it and the bullies!. He most likely will have to seek help!. Do you think the school and the bullys' parents should be responsible for his treatments!. they are responsible for the emotional traumaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Interesting!. I think that if the student did in fact make a valid effort to report the bullying to the school and the school failed to deal with or was negligent, then I think the school should be partially reponsible!.
