I feel terrible and depressed, plz help.?!


Question: I feel terrible and depressed, plz help!.!?
I don't really know where to begin!.!.

I always worry about what others think of me!. No matter what, even if it's someone I don't like!. I'm always worried!. I don't want anyone to hate me, even though it happens!. Whenever someone gets angry at me, i think about it so much that i get nightmares!. I think to myself as to why this person talked to me in that manner and its really horrible!. i'm becoming more and more crazy everyday!. My childhood in middle and high school was terrible!. I had two friends that I truly cared about, and I don't even get to see them anymore up here at university!.

Another thing is relationships!.Everytime a girl opens up to me or shows me any kindness I end up liking them, a lot!. t's always the same after than, "you're a really nice guy, but I just want to be friends!." I don't understand why my personality isn't attractive as a boyfriend!.

There's many, many more issues with me and these are just a few!. Any advice is appreciated!. Thanks for reading!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm like that as well always wanting to please everyone and always been seen in a good light, etc!. I do it because I'm g** and i guess i don't want people to associate me in a bad light because of that, so to make up for it!. I'm Mr!. friendly 24/7!. But then i get to thinking why should i have to worry about what others think!? they aren't supporting/feeding/clothing me so let them think what they want!? and you need to take that type of attitude as well!. The only people you worry about is your family!. The only thing that you have to remember you can be nice to people all the time and that won't mean a thing, they can still not like you and still talk about you behind your back, so why keep worrying, just know it's them with the issues not you!. The heck with everyone else!. And as far as the girl situation, i wish i could help you but I'm same sex oriented and that is another subject!. I have been wanting to go to a psychiatrist/therapist, but haven't got up the nerve, maybe you should consider going to, just to get a perspective on the issues that trouble you, i think it would be healthy so consider that and best of luck to you!. I strongly encourage you to go see a behavioral therapist who can help you work out the issues you've mentioned so that you can feel more confident in yourself and less depressed!. Talk therapy is one of the best ways to work through your problems and it will be positive steps in the right direction!Www@Answer-Health@Com
