no i do not think so!. i worked in a security unit for the criminally insane for 5 years!. we only had two or three schizophrenics that have killed someone , and usually only one person because of feelings of persecution, or acting on their delusions, that they felt the need to kill someone, for their own protection!. most people with schizophrenia , even when they are sick, tend to keep a moral compass!. serial killers are usually psychopathic, who tend to kill more than one, for self pleasure, and they have no moral compass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, because serial killers are very smart people, who plans and calculate their actions very carefully!. And, schizophrenics are delusional, they cant disguise reality from fantasy!.
