How can i get rid of or help anxiety without medication.?!
Question: How can i get rid of or help anxiety without medication!.!?
Answers:
well i have attacks like this randomly!. they happen to me at night more so than any other time of day!.
what you need to do is
squat down to the ground- this helps put pressure to your chest from your knees, which ultimately calms the heart down!.
lie flat on the floor with no pillows or elevation- this helps even out your body!.
breathe deeply- this helps calm you down and slows your heart rate!.
tell yourself this will pass- anxiety/panic attacks come with the feeling of death!. it is so hard to explain to anyone who doesn't have these attacks!. it gives you the feeling that there is no more you can do and you will die!. if you tell yourself you WILL be okay, it will pass!. I have also heard that people get use to them and accept them in their daily lives!.
but as for me,
id kill for some meds to deal with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

medicaments usually do the work we don't do!.
Start taking the control of your anxiety, join a community and HEALTHY group (Never those groups full of depressed people!), read books, research about your body, learn how work YOUR (no ohter) Body, so you will discover things you can do for the specific quimic of your body!.
You need to do your homework, if you don't do it, so medication and medical help are the final options!.
I had many years dealing with deep depression and Bipolar disorder and my conclusion is this:
ALL Dosctors, phycologists and psychiatrists are the people WHO need help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anxiety!.!.!. a subtle low-level irritating or frightening emotional energy that ones MIND uses to drive one to do certain things!.
Ask yourself what is it you are experiencing when the anxiety commences, or what you are doing or not doing!?
Usually anxiety is initiated to nudge one into some form of diverting of attention away from what ones MIND is hiding within itself!. What ones MIND hides are fears, and misperceptions in the form of repressed traumata!. If one can risk being honest with oneself, that is risk exposing what one fears!.!.!. then "looking" within oneself right into the anxiety will often provide one an insight as to what the anxiety is masking!? Once discovered and a little grief is shed, that which was causing the anxiety is gone!.

Counseling's always an option!.!.!. although pricey!.
Fit some time into your schedule to relax!. Seriously!. With a group of friends, or by yourself!. Go to the park, a field, the beach, whatever!. Someplace where you can just go out into the sunshine and just *be*, you dig!? It may sound comical, but sometimes going out into a flower field and just twirling can be the best therapy you can get!.
Read a book! Spend some time in an old classic, or just the Bible!. Psalms has great verses about "being still!."
Best of luck <3Www@Answer-Health@Com
