Question: Anyone voluntarily went to drug rehab!?
Ok!.!.!.I have to be quick cuz my boyfriend is abusive!. I had to create a new account so that I could post this!. Anyhow, I'm addicted to meth severely! Daily use, probably 10 foils a day!. No exaggeration!. I WANT to quit and go to rehab!. I dont have a way to research this without him finding out!. I want out of this life!. How long do they keep you!? Whats it like!? Where Should I go!? Can I smoke!? (cigarettes)!. I'm from Michigan!. Please if someone could do the research for me and post it, I would appreciate it very much!! I also assist in manufacturing it at my home so I don't want the cops to find out anything before I get help and get this **** out of my life for good!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need out, and immediately!.
If you are busted for making, you face serious lockup time!.
Meanwhile, with abusive guy, you face serious danger of injury, permanent damage!.!.!.!. not to mention permanent brain and body damage or death from the meth!. Not to mention death from all the other dangers around you!.
Yes, you can have cigarettes!.
See emergency doc, clinic, or social worker!.
Meth is not a hard drug to detox from, in terms of symptoms and body pain etc!. However the longer you are on it, the more damage it does to your brain and the more it takes complete control of your life!.
Your best bet is inpatient rehab, 30 days counseling and learning about addiction, Narcotics Annon, etc, then halfway house!.
Best if the rehab & the halfway house are in a place far away from where you live now!.
Most addicts find it helpful to move away from the place where they used!. Less temptation if it's harder to find the stuff, and better to cut off all contact with using "friends" (these people are not your friends, they are just people who use and will use you to keep using!.!.!.!.)!.
If you have a family member who can find a rehab place, let them do the research and then get you out of situation!.
P!.S!. Methadone is not used for detoxing speed addicts!.

Just go to any emergency room and tell them you want a referral to inpatient rehab!. They'll probably hook you into the community mental health system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My fiance is a recovering addict who voluntarily went to rehab several years ago!. I would be glad to research Michigan treatment centers for you but you need to decide whether you want inpatient or outpatient treatment (my guess is inpatient)!. Also, do you have somewhere else you can go when you get out so that you don't go back to the same situation!? Can you continue with outpatient treatment if needed!? (Ex: Methadone clinic appointments, counseling, etc)!. These are things you need to consider as well!.
