Question: *i'm veryy sleep deprived, what helps people go to sleep!?*!?
mhm I have'nt slept in 4 days!.!. :[
it's because I have a lot of stuff to do, that I like,
I play guitar most of the time, i'm starting to think it is'nt normal, I can't put it down!.!. maybe i'm insane!.!. ^_^
and then the sun starts coming up,
and i'm like, "aww I want to watch the sunrise!!"
then my kitten wakes up and wants to play,
then everyone wakes up and is in a good mood,
and i'm like, I want to have breakfast together!!
then I load up on coffee!.!. i'm still hyper!
nahaha I dont feel very sleepy at all, but my head is'nt working:]
I don't like that!.!.

how can I calm down and fall asleep!?!?

You could try an over the counter sleep aid (I use them from time to time and they work well) or you could go to your doctor and get a prescription sleep aid!.

I have found that reading and warm milk help calm me down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no coffee!.!. have hot milk or cocoa before bedtime!.!.!.put a lavender scented fragrant small lavender or vanilla sachet in your pillow cover !.!.!.listen to soft music before you go to bed!.!. go outside and take a breath of fresh air!.!.!.take a bubble bath and relax!.!.Read in bed!.!.!. try lying in bed tighten and release each part of your body, begin with your feet!.!. tense the toes, hold it tight then let go!.!. then the feet, move to hips, chest hands and arms and do the same!.!. that will help you relax!.!.
play with your kitten!.!.!.
watch the sunset

You should probably lay off the coffee!.!. and don't drink any in the evening!. If you smoke!.!. that can cause sleep problems too!.

When night time comes, you should start to wind down!. Doing something you find stimulating like playing the guitar, won't help you fall asleep!.

First of all, give up the coffee gradually!. The caffeine in the coffee you drink, no matter what time you drink it, will affect your ability to fall asleep!. If you drink 4 cups per day, slowly taper off by decreasing the number of cups per day over time!. Drink plenty of water throughout the day!. Try cutting down on sugary foods, too!. Eatting turkey or drinking warm milk releases triptophan, a sleep enducing horomone in the brain!. Try reading a book, or watching an old black and white movie!. B&W's are less responsive to the brain than a movie in color!. Also, there's over the counter sleep aids called Diphenhydramines!. Up to 50mg a night is safe!. If that doesn't work, talk to the Dr!. about temazepam, ambien, and lunesta!. Personally, I've found that 30mg of temazepam works the best, as I have chronic insomnia for 10 years now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
