Answers:
There are several things you can do!.

First, behavioral studies have shown that people feel better when they have a passion or some activity they are good at!. This is usually an activity which takes some time and effort to learn and become skilled in!. So, if you have something you like to do, challenge yourself to be the best at it!. Or, find something to learn!.!.!. a sport, a musical instrument, a second language, or a subject like computers or astronomy!.

Second, a "quick fix" when you are feeling down is to list the things that are good in your life, things you are grateful for!. Take a paper and pencil and really think about it!.!.!. from the fact that the sun is shining, to the hamburger you had for lunch, to the computer you have, to the song you heard on the radio this morning!. Making a list reminds you that there are many good things going on in your life, things you enjoy!.

Third, if you have an ongoing hopeless feeling, not a feeling caused by something bad happening lately, then talking to someone professional can really help!. A psychiatrist is not always the best choice; he/she is just a medical doctor with a specialty in mental health!. So, he/she is trained in dispensing drugs, not talking and listening to problems!. A master's level counselor or social worker, or your guidance counselor at school, are better suited to help you with talk therapy!. Or, if there is an adult that you feel comfortable with, you might talk to them!.

If all else fails, a psychiatrist would be a good choice!. Perhaps some medical help would be just the ticket!.

Yes, life is worth living!. The feelings you have are temporary!. You will feel better after changing some attitudes and parts of your life!.

I wish you happiness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it is worth living!. you need to get on some medication and get counsiling!. i feel like this everyday for nearly no reason, and its a battle!. especially when i am typically a happy person!. you dont have to live your life this way there is help!. its just a fight really, and it can be faught!. sometimes it just takes a little outside help!. also find a hobby that interest you!. even though feeling like crap all the time, and its hard to just say what can i do that i enjoy!.!.!. you have to force yourself!.!.!. thats what i mean by the whole battle part!.!.!. you have to make yourself do things!. but in the meantime, talk to a psychiatrist, or a family doctor!. they can help you get a jump start on recovery!. hang in thereWww@Answer-Health@Com

hi there i know theres loads of ppl who say i know how you feel truth is nobody does coz were not you!.its ok to be hopeless for a while maybe things in your life seem to have not been good for a long time its a vicious circle!.you say a psychiatrist may help or not why not try counselling!.if you can t talk to anyone about your feelings that's what counsellors do just listen and understand maybe its worth a go you might be surprised good luck i m sure you will become happy!.!.!.!.whats the harm in trying xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
