What can I do to get my anxiety, depression, and BDP under control? HELP!?!


Question: What can I do to get my anxiety, depression, and BDP under control!? HELP!!?
I have severe depression, anxiety (Generalized anxiety disorder) and BDP (Borderline Personality Disorder) and I would like to regain a sence of well-being!. I have tried medication and cannot remember to take it, have no patience for it to work, and no desire to continue it!. I hate therpists, as I feel they dont work, but am reaching a desperate state to stop this downward spiral!.
I am also concerned with recently emerging thoughts of suicide that are OVERPOWERING me!. They are with me constantly,(literally) but I feel no real desire to act on them as of now!. (Which confuses me!.)
I have become obsessed with the idea of rescue!. By that, I mean, I feel the need to be saved from myself, particuarly by a fav!. teacher, the police, etc!. I dont want my parents involved b/c they minimize my pain!. They even know of my sucidal thoughts, and merely don't care!.

I had a tramatic childhood, that of which I cannot escape, and am feeling overwhelmed by this need to be rescued!.

I feel for you my friend!.!.when your torn apart on the inside nothing appeals to you!.!.!.!.you kinda want someone to step in and take over!.!.!.!.only you wouldn't give them control if they did!.!.!.!.its a terrible catch 22 that only time can mend!.!.!.!.whatever you are facing is something that you can obviously not escape!.!.!.!.and hope ( I feel to you ) is leaving!.!.!.!.!.I went through some pretty turbulent things myself that left awful thoughts plaguing my mind!.!.!.I just wanted to escape them but nothing worked for me!.!.It really sent me into a pit that was very difficult to crawl out of!.!.!.!.in the end I gave in to the desire to let go of life and just gave up!.!.!.!.!.I did not move from my bed except to go to the bathroom!.!.!.!.I could not sleep, I did not eat, and all I did was wrestle with my thoughts and tried to drive them out of my head!.!.!.!.!.I was on my own far from home and after i quit going to work, quit eating, quit sleeping, and let go I became a Literal shell of a human being!.!.!.waiting to die!.!.!.!.!.!.and no one was around to know!.!.!.!.Obviously that did not happen because Im here today!. That was over 3 years ago, Im now on top of the world doing better than ever!.!.!.!.It is possible to escape your torment and shed all of the garbage that is weighing you down,!.!.!. the very first thing you must do is believe that, The second thing you must do is except that what ever has happened has happened and it is out of your control!.!.!.!.!.the only thing you can control is you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.try to find something to occupy your mind so other thoughts cant get in!.!.!.!.if books or games or models or talking or whatever you can find can hold you attention enough to bring a small measurs of peace to you then it was worth it!.!.!.!.if you need to be by yourself then be by yourself!.!.!.if you feel compeled to be around people then find someone who will talk to you even if it is online!.!.!.what you half to do is rebuild yourself from the ground up!.!.!.you must find joy again in something and build on that until you can put enough time between you and your pain to heal enough to properly let go of the problem!.!.!.!.!.deal with this on a day to day basis!.!.hour by hour if you need to!.!.!.but remember this!.!.!.!.The sky over my head is just as blue as the sky over yours!.!.!.!.!.and once it was just as dark!.!.!.!.!.you can survive and you will make it through this to see all of your dreams come true!.!.this is temporary!.!.!.!.just not as temporary as you would like it to be!.!.!.but it is as temporary as you make it!.!.!.!.you can beat this!!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I started to exercise and go to the gym a lot!. That really helped my depression!. It is also effective with anxiety!. It is a hard thing to get used to, but it is worth it and a lot cheaper than prescription drugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its a chemical imbalance, then going to church and praying will not help, unless God heals you,,, its like having High blood pressure, and diabetes!.!.!.!. God can heal,, but if He dont then you need meds or go see to therapy!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could read some books wrote by people that have recovered from BPD!. You have to understand the causes of what makes your mind work the way it does!. I am sure it has to do a lot with your childhood!. You have to face your childhood and learn to conrol your inner child!. That's the part of you that wants to be rescued!. You probably wanted to be rescued as a child when experiencing the traumatic events!. You are unable to move on from it because you don't know how!.
You should really see a therapist!. I hated them too, until I found the right one!.
If you see a therapist, ask for one that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy!. In order to move forward you need to retrain your brain and deal with the issues from your childhood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I too suffer from Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder!. No ones understands the suffering till you live it so my heart goes out to you friend!. I would recommend "Attacking Anxiety And Depression" Program by Lucinda Bassett!. A bit pricy but has really saved my life!. You can find the site on the internet of course!. Also getting "Behavioral Therapy" is a must! It re-trains you to think and percieve things around you differently and has helped me immensley!. Caffeine makes my heart race & makes me feel anxious but it helps me not feel tired/depressed so a little is good for me!. It is in chocalate which also has something in it that give the brain a little boost!. Try taking a vitamin called Bcomplex you mind just take one & see your nerves calmer!. I used to eat a yougurt or a peice of cheese at night so the calcium would help me sleep well!. There are so many things you can do that can change your life so just know this & keep trying!.!.!.Go get this book called "YOu can heal your life" by Louise Hay you can get it free from the library if money is hard to get!. Find inspiration!. You can get better I know it seems impossibe at times but just keep trying!. there is a medacation that you can take once a week so it is easier to remember to take!. please keep taking to a terpist but you may want to see a different one!. we are all human and some people just don`t work well together but you will find the right one for you!. i have 2 out 3 of the same things you do!. i know some what of what you are feeling!. your parents minizing what you are feeling may be there way of making the problem go away!. when i was 8 years old i tried to commit suaside my grand mother had passed away and i wanted nothing more then to be with her!. it was the worst mistake of my life!. when my parent saw what i had done they put me through counselling and i worked throught my problems and turned my life around!. i know that when you find the person you can talk to about your problems you can do the same!. if you ever need someone to talk to you can email me !.~ AmberWww@Answer-Health@Com
