Depression..?!


Question: Depression!.!.!?
i have no clue whats wrong with me i feel like i cant stop crying and i am not happy with myself!.i have not cried out loud for 3 years and within that time alot happened like deaths in my family!. is it because i keep it bottled up!? or another reason!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's natural to feel sad when people we love die!. It takes about a year to go through mourning, even more for some people!. The fact that there has been more than one death is certainly traumatic!. In addition, other family members who are feeling the loss may act more depressed than before,which in turn will effect your mood!. Of course, you should definitely go to get counseling of some sort!. In my life, I have experienced several deaths and it takes a while before you begin to feel back to normal, so to speak!. It is important to talk to someone who will be compassionate and listen to you!. Another idea that may help is to keep a journal and write about what you're feeling!. I have kept many journals over the years to express my thoughts and it has helped me get through some rough times!. Please except my condolences for your family losses!. okay, here's what u do!.!.!.
engage in healthy activities!.!.!.
first of all!.!. make sure u're health is great!.!. that ur body is active and agile!.!. this is a stress buster!.!. u frrl ur body alive and u feel great!!!
second!.!. join an online or preferably physical group/ club which is in some way active towards humour!.!.!. like a laughter club or graffiti club etc!.!.!. this will again give u a big boost!.!.!.
next!.!.!. spend time with little children and pets too if u can manage!.!.!.
most of all!.!. keep ur priorities set in life!.!. dont do this at the cost of ur education or career okay!?

i dont really know the reason for ur sadness so i cannot address that issue!.!. but from what i DO know (which is just the fact that u r depressed and u're not liking it)u cud use these simple techniques to express urself well!.!.!.

See a counselor who specializes in grief counseling!. Look in the yellow pages!. See your regular doctor, and explain what your feeling!. Maybe get some antidepressants to help you through this tough time!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
