Question: Can I sue students family for causing me physical and emotional distress!?
I teach and because of stress from student and wierd family I have suffered greatly!. Physician has verified this!. Now I have Lymphoma, and I just cant deal with this family!. Principal refuses help or support!. I am very upset! My Dr!. is the one who said I should sue because even with lymphoma , there is no support!. Family makes false accusations, and causing me severe emotional distress!. As well, the child is physically aggressive to me!.Just looking for some feedback!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Suing the person will not solve anything!. At the very best, you can only get money!. But you will probably remain unhappy!. Money does not solve everything you know!.
