Actually, yes!.!.!. sometimes being in heat can cause similar feelings of anxiety!.!.!.!.lightheadedness, sweating, difficulty breathing, etc!.!.!.!.!. It mimics some of the symptoms of a panic attack!. I just read about this in my anxiety book "The Anxiety and Phobia workbook!." You just have to ride the feeling out and tell yourself that you are going to be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have anxiety disorder!. I have lived in hot climates and cold climates and they have no effect on my anxiety!. Its the surrounds the will trigger an attack for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
